Fully restored with care and style, Villa Adele features a spacious living room with soft sofas, an antique fireplace, and terracotta floors that blend warmth and tradition. Exposed wooden beams and thoughtful details create a cozy, elegant atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a central island, perfect for cooking in comfort and sharing meals in the adjacent dining area.

A valid photo ID for each guest is required prior or at check-in.

Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.
Payment & Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by credit card.
The deposit will be returned at check-out after a brief inspection of the property.

Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Baby cribs are available free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, stairs, or fireplace.
Extra beds are not available.
If you are traveling with young children, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon request, let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Villa Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Parties or events are not allowed unless previously agreed. Only registered are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
Only booked guests may stay overnight.
Please do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the villa.
Extra cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
BBQ must be cleaned after use.
Accidents happen! Please inform us of any damage so we can fix it quickly before the next guest arrives.
Check-Out Instructions
Before you leave:
Place used towels in the bathroom.
Wash any used dishes / load the dishwasher.
Take out the trash divided and sorterd properly per local rules and place it outside the villa.
