Internet Equipment

Please do not move, unplug, reset or modify the Wi-Fi router or any internet equipment in the villa.

This includes routers, boosters, mesh devices, Starlink equipment, cables and power adapters.

If the connection is not working properly, please contact us first by WhatsApp. In most cases, we can help solve the issue quickly without guests needing to touch the equipment.

Wi-Fi performance may vary slightly depending on the area of the villa, wall thickness, weather conditions or the number of connected devices.

The Wi-Fi is provided for normal guest use, including messaging, browsing, video calls and streaming.

Please avoid downloading very large files or disconnecting any equipment, as this may affect the connection for everyone staying at the villa.
