Our story

Carborello is a name you don’t forget easily, it lingers like a good wine, with that comforting hint of countryside.

Here, between Crispiero and the rolling hills facing the Sibillini mountains, the land feels like a notebook filled with notes: rows of vines like lines on a page, century-old olive trees marking the margins, stone farmhouses like capital letters.

It is on these “pages” that Mrs. Silvia Strampelli grew up. Her childhood smells of freshly cut wheat, warm bread and grape must. Simple sounds like the tractor at dawn, cicadas at midday, and long dinners that stretch into the evening under the pergola.

When she chose to remain true to this landscape, she didn’t “build” a simple luxury place from scratch, she lifted a memory back up and turned it into 5 star hospitality.

Every stone, every wooden beam, every window looking out towards the Sibillini tells the story of a living land, shaped by work and seasons, by waiting and coming home.
The villas of Carborello were not designed to impress, but to let you breathe: the quiet of early morning, the scent of wood in winter, the golden light that brushes the fields at sunset.
These are places created to help you rediscover the natural rhythm of things – the pleasure of a slow breakfast, a conversation at dusk, a silence that doesn’t weigh on you, but quietly keeps you company.

This is how the three Carborello villas were born: family homes brought back to life with patient hands and thoughtful choices.

The terracotta roof tiles hold the memory of passing seasons, the old cotto floors preserve every step, and the thick walls keep the summer shade cool.

Carborello is a small world where past and present meet every day.
Families come together, friends celebrate, couples dream and those who arrive for the first time often feel as though they’ve already been here.

Perhaps it’s because everything here seems familiar: the wind, the light, the smell of grass after the rain.

And when you leave, you have the feeling you’ve left a piece of yourself in a place that will keep it safe, gently.

Ville Carborello is not just a group of luxury villas, but a story of roots, landscape and authenticity,
written by hands that know the land and eyes that are still capable of wonder.

It is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, to feel.

To rediscover time – and the beauty – of simple things.
