Waste separation is not just a house preference. It is required by the local waste collection system in Italy and in the Marche region.

Please separate rubbish carefully by category so that recyclable materials can be collected correctly, organic waste can be treated properly and non-recyclable waste can be disposed of in the right way.

Correct waste separation helps protect the local environment, prevents contamination of recyclable materials and avoids penalties for incorrect disposal.

Outdoor Bins

The outdoor bins are located on the road leading to the villa.

Please use them as follows:

Yellow bin
General waste

Blue bin
Plastic and aluminum

Green bin
Glass bottles and jars

Brown bin
Organic waste, such as food scraps

The bins may look as if they require a key, but they will be left open/unlocked during your stay, so you can use them at any time of the day.

Bags Inside the House

Inside the villa, please use the waste bags as follows:

Yellow bag
General waste

Blue bag
Plastic and aluminum

Transparent bag
Organic waste, such as food scraps

Please make sure each bag contains only the correct type of waste before placing it in the outdoor bins.

Glass

Glass must always be separated from other waste.

Please place glass bottles and jars only in the green outdoor bin.

Do not place glass in the blue, yellow or brown bins, and do not mix glass with plastic, aluminum, organic waste or general waste.

Before Check-out

Before leaving the villa, please:

• remove all rubbish from inside the house

• separate waste according to the categories above

• place each bag in the correct outdoor bin

• make sure no rubbish bags are left inside the villa

• do not leave bottles, food waste or rubbish inside the villa, around the pool, garden or outdoor areas

This helps our cleaning team prepare the villa quickly and correctly for the next guests.

Important Waste Rule

Proper waste separation is mandatory.

Incorrect waste disposal, mixed rubbish, glass placed in the wrong bin, or failure to remove rubbish from inside the villa may result in a €500 penalty fee.
