Accidental Damages

This page includes useful information in case something stops working during your stay, such as electricity, Wi-Fi, hot water, appliances or other technical issues.

Please read the instructions carefully and contact us by WhatsApp if you are unsure. For safety reasons, guests should never attempt repairs or touch technical systems unless clearly instructed.

Electricity & Main Breaker

If the electricity goes off in the villa, please first check whether the issue is only inside the house or if the whole area has no power.

The main electrical breaker is located here:

In the living room, on the left of the entrance for the green toilet

If the breaker has switched off, you may try to turn it back on few times.

If it switches off again, please do not continue trying. This may mean that an appliance or electrical line is causing the problem. Maybe try to find what could be if like something not from the villa just plugged or used.

In that case, contact us immediately by WhatsApp and we will guide you.

Wi-Fi & Internet

If the Wi-Fi is not working, please do not move, unplug, reset or modify the router, Starlink equipment, Deco devices, cables or power adapters.

First, check that you are connected to the correct network:

If the internet still does not work, contact us by WhatsApp. In many cases, we can guide you remotely.

Please do not reset the system yourself, as this may make the connection harder to restore.

Hot Water

If there is no hot water, please wait a few minutes and try again, especially if several guests have used showers at the same time.

If the issue continues, please contact us by WhatsApp and let us know:

Which bathroom is affected
Whether there is no hot water anywhere or only in one bathroom
Whether the water pressure is normal
When the problem started

Please do not touch boilers, technical switches or water systems unless instructed by us.

Water Issues

If there is weak water pressure, no water, or a possible leak, please contact us immediately.

In case of a visible leak, please avoid using the affected tap, shower, toilet or appliance until we respond.

Please send us a photo or short video if possible. This helps us understand the problem quickly and organise assistance.

Heating, Fans & Air Conditioning

Please use heating, fans and air conditioning responsibly.

If something is not working, please do not force buttons, open units or change technical settings.

Before contacting us, please check:

Doors and windows are closed
The remote control has batteries
The correct mode is selected
The unit has been given a few minutes to start

If it still does not work, send us a WhatsApp message with a photo of the remote control and the unit.

Kitchen Appliances

If an appliance is not working, please contact us before trying to repair, move or reset it.

This includes:

Oven
Hob
Dishwasher
Fridge
Freezer
Coffee machine
Washing machine
Microwave

Please tell us which appliance has the issue, what happened, and whether any error light or message appears.

If possible, send a photo or short video.

Dishwasher

If the dishwasher does not start or does not drain properly, please do not force it.

Before contacting us, please check that the door is fully closed and that the dishwasher is not overloaded.

Please do not put food scraps, paper, plastic or non-suitable items inside the dishwasher.

If there is water inside or an error appears, contact us before touching anything.

Washing Machine

If the washing machine does not start, does not drain or shows an error, please contact us before trying to open, move or reset it.

Please do not overload the washing machine and do not wash large villa items such as blankets, mattress covers, sofa covers or delicate items unless agreed with us.

Pool Issues

If you notice any issue with the pool, please contact us.

This includes:

Water level looking very low
Pool water looking unusual
Broken pool equipment
Objects in the pool
Glass near the pool
Pool lights or systems not working

Please do not touch pool pumps, filters, technical boxes or pool equipment.

For safety reasons, if there is broken glass or any dangerous object near the pool, please do not use the area and contact us immediately.

Gas, Smoke or Burning Smell

If you smell gas, smoke or burning, please take it seriously.

Turn off any appliance you are using if it is safe to do so.
Open windows if possible.
Move away from the area.
Contact us immediately.

For serious danger, fire or emergency, call 112 immediately.

Do not attempt to repair gas or electrical systems yourself.

Lost Keys

If you lose the keys or cannot access the villa, please contact us immediately by WhatsApp.

Please do not try to force doors, windows, locks or gates.

Lost keys or damaged key sets may involve additional charges, especially if replacement keys or lock changes are required.

If Power Goes Off

Before contacting us, please check:

Is the electricity off in the entire villa or only in one room?
Are the lights outside or nearby properties also off?
Did the power go off after using a specific appliance, such as oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer or air conditioning?
Has the main breaker switched down?
