If something has been accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know before departure.

Small accidents can happen, and informing us in advance helps us solve things quickly and discreetly.

Additional charges may apply in case of lost keys, damage, missing items or if the villa is left in unsuitable condition requiring extra cleaning.
