Accidental Damages

We understand that small accidents can happen. If something is accidentally damaged, broken, stained or not working properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible and always before departure.

Informing us in advance helps us solve the issue quickly, discreetly and in the best possible way for both guests and the villa.

Please also report any maintenance issue immediately, such as water leaks, electrical problems, Wi-Fi issues, appliance faults, broken items, lost keys or anything that may affect the safety, comfort or condition of the property.

Before check-out, please make sure that the villa is left in a tidy and respectful condition. Additional charges may apply in case of:

• lost keys or damaged key sets

• broken or damaged furniture, appliances, glassware, decorations or equipment

• missing items from the villa

• stains or damage to sofas, mattresses, bed linen, towels, curtains or rugs

• damage to outdoor furniture, pool equipment, BBQ or garden areas

• furniture or items moved and not returned to their original position

• rubbish not separated correctly or left inside the villa

• dirty dishes, kitchen equipment or BBQ left uncleaned

• excessive mess requiring extra cleaning beyond normal use

We kindly ask guests not to attempt repairs themselves or replace damaged items without informing us first.
