Check-out Instructions

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaning team enough time to properly prepare the villa for the next guests.

Late Check-out

Late check-out may be possible, but it depends mainly on whether we have another booking arriving straight after your departure.

For this reason, we are usually able to confirm late check-out only 1–2 days before your check-out date, once we know the final schedule for the villa and cleaning team.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to help where possible.

Please note that late check-out is not guaranteed and, if available, may be subject to an additional surcharge depending on the requested time and availability.

Before You Leave

Before departure, we kindly ask you to check the villa and leave it in a tidy and respectful condition.

Please make sure to:

• Close all windows, doors and shutters.

• Turn off all lights, fans, including the AC by the stairs if used.

• Turn off all appliances that are not in use.

• Wash used dishes or start the dishwasher.

• Leave the kitchen tidy and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

• Empty the fridge of your personal food and drinks.

• Remove rubbish from inside the villa and separate it according to the waste management guide.

• Place rubbish in the correct external bins on the road to the villa.

• Leave all used towels in the bathrooms.

• Check wardrobes, drawers, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor areas for personal belongings.

• Return any moved furniture to its original position.

• Return outdoor cushions and accessories to a covered area.

• Leave the BBQ clean if used.

• Inform us of any accidental damage, broken items or issues before leaving.

Waste Disposal

Please remove all rubbish from inside the villa before departure.

The external bins are located on the road to the villa and are available for guest use during the stay.

Please separate rubbish as follows:

Blue bin — Plastic and aluminium
Brown bin — Organic waste, such as food scraps
Yellow bin — General/mixed waste
Green bin — Glass bottles and jars

The bins may look as if they require a key, but they will be left open/unlocked during your stay, making it easy to use them at any time of the day.

Proper waste separation is mandatory. Incorrect waste disposal or failure to separate waste correctly may result in a penalty fee.
