Check-out Instructions

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Late check-out may be possible, but it depends mainly on whether we have another booking arriving straight after your departure.

For this reason, we are usually able to confirm late check-out only 1–2 days before your check-out date, once we know the final schedule for the villa and cleaning team.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to help where possible.

Please note that late check-out is not guaranteed and, if available, may be subject to an additional surcharge depending on the requested time and availability.

Before departure, we kindly ask you to check the villa and leave it in a tidy condition.

Please make sure to:

• Close all windows, doors and shutters

• Turn off all lights, fans and the AC by the stairs if used

• Turn off all appliances that are not in use

• Wash used dishes or start the dishwasher

• Remove rubbish from inside the villa, separated according to the waste management guide

• Place rubbish in the correct external bins on the road to the villa, you will find a blu for plastic, a brown for organic materials, a yellow for mix waste and a green for bottles and glasses. The bins might look it require a key but they will be left open/unlocked for your stay, making it easy to use them at anytime of the day.

• Leave all used towels in the bathrooms

• Return any moved furniture to its original position, making the process smooth and fast

• Leave the BBQ clean if used

• Inform us of any accidental damage before leaving
