Check-in Instructions

To help us prepare the villa properly and organize your arrival smoothly, please let us know your estimated arrival time by WhatsApp at latest one week before your check-in day.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Arrivals after 5:00 PM must be agreed with us in advance and may be subject to an additional late check-in surcharge, depending on the arrival time and staff availability.

If you are delayed during your journey, please inform us as soon as possible by WhatsApp so we can organize the best arrival option for you.

Late Arrival

If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us well in advance.

Late arrivals are not always guaranteed unless previously arranged. In some cases, we may organise self-access through the key box, provided that all guest details and required documents have already been received and confirmed.

Please respect the quiet countryside surroundings when arriving late, especially in the evening or at night.

Before Your Arrival

Before check-in, please make sure you :

• Complete the online check-in no later than 6 days from arrival.

• Confirm your estimated arrival time by WhatsApp

• Confirm the final number of guests staying at the villa

• Saved the Google Maps location

• Saved our WhatsApp number in case you need assistance on arrival

• Inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM

At check-in, a valid photo ID or passport is required for every registered guest.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the villa. Any extra visitors or external guests must be agreed with us in advance.

If you are nearby but cannot find the villa entrance, please send us your live location on WhatsApp and we will guide you.

First Things to Do After Entering

Once inside the villa, please take a few minutes to check the following:

• Connect to the Wi-Fi using the details provided in this guide

• Check that you have the full key set

• Read the pool and house rules before using the outdoor areas

• Keep children supervised near the pool, stairs and outdoor spaces

• Contact us immediately if something is not working or if you notice any damage on arrival

Please do not unplug, reset or move any Wi-Fi, internet, electrical or technical equipment without contacting us first.
